Senior Mobile Content Developer

DataCamp is seeking a Senior Mobile Content Developer to contribute to its mission of democratizing data education. The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams to enhance the educational experience on mobile devices. This role involves working on courses, practice pools, and flashcards, acting as a reviewer and advocate for learners.

The Senior Mobile Content Developer will collaborate with cross-functional groups to make data-driven decisions and iterate on content. They should have a passion for data science and education and thrive in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the product expert for mobile content.
• Create engaging data content for the mobile app.
• Work with a cross-functional team to enable new forms of content for mobile learners.
• Own critical changes that improve the content experience.
• Make data-driven suggestions for content improvements.
• Be a liaison between the Content team and mobile product teams.
• Work closely with internal collaborators to make mobile content interactive and engaging.
• Effectively set and hold others accountable for project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background with experience in Python.
• Prior experience with product or project management.
• Experience with online or mobile courses from DataCamp and other mobile providers.
• Ability to challenge ideas positively for the company's benefit.
• Experience working with various stakeholders and cross-functional groups.
• Experience teaching others and communicating ideas effectively.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
