Freelance Tutorial Writer

Job Description

DataCamp is seeking a Freelance Tutorial Writer to create data science tutorials. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned writer within the data & AI space with experience in creating, editing, and delivering technical data & AI articles and tutorials. In this role, the writer will collaborate with a content editor to produce DataCamp blogs and tutorials, sharing valuable educational content with DataCamp’s audience.

The role involves:

• Delivering high-quality articles & tutorials on data science, AI, analytics, business intelligence, and more.
• Researching the latest trends and technologies to deliver insightful, original content.
• Suggesting new and interesting topics suitable for DataCamp's core audience.
• Creating reflective images of content using generative AI tools.

DataCamp requires that you have:

• A strong understanding of data science & AI.
• Detailed knowledge of at least 1 programming language (Python, R, SQL, …) or Business Intelligence Tool (Tableau, Power BI, …).
• Ability to provide relevant examples of writing and editing work.
