DataCamp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies. They will create an exceptional candidate experience and proactively engage with potential applicants through networking and active sourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Stay up-to-date on job boards and social platforms for sourcing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience for Technical positions.
- Track record of sourcing Product, Engineering, and non-tech roles.
- Blend of agency/RPO and in-house recruitment experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (ideally).
