NEORIS, an EPAM COMPANY, is seeking an AI Literacy Learning Content Developer to join their team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating the creation of AI literacy learning content for a pharma sector project. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, aligning content with AI training programs, and creating assessments.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and facilitating the creation of AI literacy learning content.
• Collaborating with business leaders to record videos and develop text-based content.
• Aligning content development with AI training programs.
• Suggesting frameworks, outlines, and strategies for the overall AI literacy program.
• Creating assessments, knowledge check questions, and reflection questions.
• Supporting content creation for the communications campaign as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in learning and development.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
• Experience in creating and managing training programs.
• Proficiency in developing various types of learning content (text, video, interactive).
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders for content creation.
