Job Description

NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to architect CRM solutions and drive the development of refined business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Manufacturing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and other Salesforce technologies. This role requires strong technical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and development teams.

Role Involves:

• Providing technical and industry expertise in Salesforce solutions.
• Architecting and designing CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Developing high-quality solution deliverables that clearly articulate the proposed architecture.
• Driving the development and refinement of business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth technical knowledge of database management systems, development environments, object-oriented systems, and operating systems.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, healthcare/life sciences, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and technology/software.
• Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions sales; experience with a Systems Integrator (SI) is a plus.
• Ability to develop and deliver high-quality presentations and demos both virtually and in person.
• Strong problem-solving, design abilities, and system evaluations to analyze the scalability of system architecture.
• Advanced English level (B2).
