System Programmer z/OS SR

Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a System Programmer z/OS SR to join their mainframe transformation and modernization unit. The successful candidate will participate in high-impact industry projects, contributing to the company's mission of helping companies enter the future.

This role involves:

• Administering z/OS, including installation, migration, and version updates.
• Managing software and middleware in mainframe environments (CICS, DB2, WebSphere, etc.).
• Monitoring and optimizing system performance.
• Automating processes using JCL and REXX.
• Implementing security policies (RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret).
• Administering storage and backup (DFSMS, DFHSM, SMS, and Tape Management).
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure application stability and integration.

Requirements include:

• Over 6 years of experience in z/OS administration.
• Knowledge of tools such as SDSF, TSO/ISPF, JCL, REXX, and SMF.
• Experience with security systems like RACF and KEYRING.
• Experience with system USS, ZOSMF, RSE.
• A proactive profile with results orientation and teamwork skills.
• (Desirable) Certifications in z/OS or related technologies.
