Product Marketing Director

Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead the positioning, adoption, and ongoing use of its products and services. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and embrace data to understand audience needs and craft compelling propositions. This role involves owning the customer lifecycle journey and leading the product GTM process.CookUnity's Product Marketing Director will be responsible for:

• Leading the Brand Experience Squad and strategies related to increasing product comprehension and customer LTV.
• Understanding customer needs and driving future product roadmaps.
• Partnering with product, portfolio, and chef success teams to position current and future offerings.
• Assessing marketplace liquidity to ensure optimal supply for subscriber satisfaction and retention.
• Leading the development of a clear narrative framework.
• Refining the launch process to drive efficient product marketing GTM.
• Monitoring the impact of launching new products and experiences.
• Leading an emerging creator LTO strategy.
• Ensuring priority products are highlighted in all marketing.
• Developing and refining a comprehensive user journey.

Minimum requirements include:

• 7+ years of product marketing experience.
• Experience at premium consumer or technology brands.
• Analytical experience with data synthesis.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Collaborative and comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams.
• BA/BS Degree.
