Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of culinary training programs across its national commissary operations. This role ensures consistent food quality, safety, and efficiency by coaching teams, standardizing procedures, and supporting innovation.
The role involves:
- Designing and delivering hands-on culinary training for kitchen teams nationwide
- Developing SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding processes
- Partnering with culinary leadership to improve quality, consistency, and compliance
- Supporting rollout of new menu items and operational changes
- Conducting audits and providing feedback to enhance team performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years in culinary leadership or training, preferably in high-volume or commissary settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety and production systems
- Working proficiency in Spanish required to support occasional training sessions and cross-functional communication
- Excellent communication and team coaching skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
