Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Head of AI/ML/GenAI to lead a high-performing team and drive the vision and strategy for the company's AI/ML initiatives. This role involves building and scaling state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions, fostering a collaborative environment, and aligning AI/ML strategy with the overall business vision. The Head of AI/ML will report directly to the CTO and work closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring a cross-functional AI/ML team.
  • Driving the development of scalable AI/ML solutions.
  • Overseeing the architecture of CookUnity’s data pipelines.
  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Establishing and nurturing a community of AI/ML experts.
  • Defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and AI/ML model deployment at scale.
  • Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Deep knowledge of data engineering best practices.
  • Strong communication skills.
