CookUnity is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join their Growth Engineering team. This role is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience from the homepage through sign-up and checkout. The Staff Engineer will be instrumental in building and delivering a world-class experience to CookUnity's customers, defining and upholding the highest engineering standards to build reliable, performant applications.Role involves:

• Serving as the subject matter expert in front-end technologies, including React and Next.js.
• Mentoring and educating developers on clean code methodologies.
• Working cross-functionally with Product and Design teams.
• Developing and deploying applications and features on time with high quality.
• Implementing best practices to enable the team to ship quality code faster.

Requirements:

• Prior experience building and shipping complex customer-facing applications at scale.
• Passion for shipping world-class products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Natural leadership qualities.
• Advanced level of English.
