CookUnity is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to maintain commercial kitchen equipment. The technician will diagnose and repair malfunctions, perform routine maintenance, and install new equipment. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Role involves: - Performing routine maintenance and inspections.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Conducting repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Installing new equipment.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing systems.
- Familiarity with technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Completion of technical school program in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or related field.
- Able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours a day and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally be required to work in a cold refrigerated area kept at 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
