Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join their team in Toronto, Canada. CookUnity is a chef-to-consumer platform that connects talented chefs with busy food lovers, elevating the at-home dining experience. The company is rapidly growing and looking for hard-working, passionate team members to help them become more efficient, faster, and reliable.Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments, check for damages, and sort stock for distribution.
• Maintain records of invoices sent and received.
• Fill orders by retrieving items from the warehouse and preparing them for delivery.
• Track chef ingredient requirements and returns.
• Monitor and replenish shelves as needed.
• Track merchandise movement in the store and warehouse.
• Perform weekly inventory counts.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with FIFO and food safety regulations.
• Reliable with punctual and regular attendance.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack (helpful but not required).
• Experience working in a food facility (helpful but not required).
• Able to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally may be required to work in a cold refrigerated area (35 degrees).
