Head of FP&A

Job Description

CookUnity is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to be a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team. This role involves bringing financial discipline and insights to help scale a vertically integrated, multi-marketplace business. The Head of FP&A will lead a high-performing team and partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to shape the company's strategy.Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate financial planning processes and long-range planning.
• Offer insights on business performance and opportunities.
• Build strategic financial models and scenario analyses.
• Own company-wide financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Present financial results to the executive team and board.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team.
• Drive automation in FP&A systems.
• Partner with leaders across departments to align resource planning.
• Support go-to-market strategy and pricing decisions.
• Partner with the accounting team on reporting and variance analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA, CFA preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communicator.
• Operates with integrity and ownership.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
