Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, SEO to develop and execute SEO strategies. This role involves managing all aspects of SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization, as well as App Store Optimization (ASO). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and requires deep expertise in technical SEO and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities: - Own and drive all facets of SEO to increase traffic and conversion.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including performance audits and site speed improvements.
- Lead and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) to drive discoverability and downloads.
- Manage and mentor the SEO agency.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering for SEO-friendly site architecture.
- Partner with the content marketing team to develop high-quality content strategies.
- Work with the Brand Marketing team to optimize organic social media and YouTube content.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance.
- Analyze competitor websites and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO and ASO trends.
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in all areas of SEO.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with technical SEO.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional SEO projects.
- Deep understanding of E-E-A-T and Helpful Content guidelines.
- Strong experience collaborating with content teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
