Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, to own and scale their paid social strategy across various platforms. This role involves leveraging data, creative insights, and audience understanding to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-growth, DTC environment and be excited to build a best-in-class paid social program.CookUnity's in-house growth team is looking for someone with expert knowledge of the social landscape who can apply data-driven insights and consumer behavior analysis to scale their paid social channels. The candidate will keep executive leadership informed on emerging trends and technologies, bringing a product-oriented mindset and a strong media background to drive the product roadmap with key partners and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy.
  • Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Work closely with the Performance Creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives.
  • Define a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaign creative, audience strategies, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align paid social strategies with the overall growth vision.
  • Monitor platform updates, policy changes, and new advertising features.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social within high-growth DTC companies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.
  • A creative-minded person with a strong interest in developing a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints.
  • Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject.
  • Experience in managing large marketing budgets at high growth companies and/or performance marketing agencies.
