Job Description
CookUnity is seeking an Expansion Associate to play a crucial role in launching and expanding operations. This role involves exposure to various critical components of the development lifecycle, including business strategy, real estate markets, production design, and more. The Expansion Associate will work with cross-functional leaders and external partners to deliver world-class infrastructure and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities: - Contributing to strategic decision-making through modeling and analysis.
- Managing new facility launches from kickoff to day 1 of operations.
- Improving project management tools and frameworks for efficient launches.
- Interpreting data to generate insights and inform business recommendations.
- Overseeing vendor bid management and supporting negotiations for capital projects.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration to improve the eater and chef experience.
Requirements: - Proven experience (3-4 years) in Management or Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Development, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- Highly effective at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Master proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiar with BI & E-Commerce tools like Tableau.
- Deep interest in AI for real-world applications.
