CookUnity is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to ensure a best-in-class experience for eaters and chefs in the New York market. This role involves managing daily operations, driving improvements, and implementing operational strategies. The Fulfillment Operations Manager will streamline processes and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment, and Logistics departments.
Responsibilities: - Monitor real-time operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs.
- Manage labor and scheduling of associates.
- Supervise and support team members during operational hours.
- Track and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams.
Requirements: - Bilingual (English & Spanish Fluency).
- Experience in cold storage, operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software.
