CookUnity is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in scaling the company with intention, focusing on ownership, excellence, and strong partnerships. The Senior Talent Partner will act as a strategic advisor to the business, identifying and attracting exceptional talent aligned with CookUnity's values.This is a remote-friendly hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates based in New York/Brooklyn.
What This Role Involves: - Owning the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across the U.S., including executive-level searches.
- Acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders.
- Building strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Championing candidate experience and ensuring a best-in-class interview process.
- Leading interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making.
- Driving employer branding efforts.
- Leading offer management and negotiation.
- Bringing a data-driven mindset to track progress and optimize hiring performance.
Requirements: - 7+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Product, Marketing, G&A, and Tech.
- Experience managing U.S.-based hiring processes, with exposure to executive and senior-level recruiting.
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (Greenhouse).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Resourceful, organized, proactive, and a strong problem solver.
