Analytics Engineer Manager (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6-7 individuals in the Product domain. The Analytics Engineering Manager will be the owner of the complete data pipeline, from data extraction to publication. The role involves managing and growing the AE team, defining the technical roadmap, and collaborating with Data Product Managers.

What this role involves:

• Managing and growing the AE team, directly managing 6-7 engineers.
• Defining the technical roadmap in alignment with Tech & Product goals.
• Working closely with Data Product Managers to iterate on Data Products.
• Collaborating with Data & Machine Learning Platforms teams.
• Creating a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus.
• Participating in hands-on work, including code reviews, grooming, and design review.

Requirements:

• Lead and manage a team of 6-7 individuals, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Master the entire data lifecycle, from data extraction to publication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Bring a fresh perspective to the team, introducing new ideas and innovative approaches.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration, working closely with the other 3 Analytics Engineering teams.
• Help team members to make them growth and to develop their career.
