Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Data Governance Manager to lead its data governance program. This role is based in Levallois HQ and is crucial for ensuring the integrity, quality, and security of Doctolib's data assets, which are essential for the company's AI products and business goals. The Data Governance Manager will define and drive the data governance strategy, manage a team of specialists, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Role involves:
  • Defining and driving Doctolib's data governance strategy and roadmap.
  • Managing and leading a team of data governance specialists.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Developing and rolling out data governance policies, standards, and processes.
  • Working with engineering teams to embed policies within the platform.
  • Establishing and implementing controls and KPIs to track the program.
  • Implementing a federated data governance model with Doctolib’s data stewards.
  • Working closely with legal and security teams on compliance with regulations and data product managers to implement data governance policies.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience leading a data governance program and 10+ years in tech or data.
  • A master's degree (Bac+5) in data, computer science, or a related domain.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries, ideally healthcare.
  • Experience deploying a federated governance in a data mesh-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with both top management and operational teams.
  • Ability to work with a varied set of stakeholders, from sales to technology.
  • Ability to write and read code when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
