Senior Analytics Engineer (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team in Paris and help transform access to healthcare. The Analytics Engineer will be part of a team focused on building and maintaining data products that provide insights and support decision-making across Doctolib. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, exploring data, defining specifications, and developing data products.

Role Involves:

• Building, maintaining, and evolving data products
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs
• Exploring data to validate business rules
• Defining specifications and developing them
• Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Project management and monitoring
• Building data pipelines to support Doctolib’s AI strategy
• Defining and implementing high-level reporting
• Ensuring data product quality, security, and availability
• Stakeholder guidance and empowering data self-service

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DBT
• Experience building data pipelines
• Good understanding of functional aspects of data (Sales, Finance, Web Analytics, Product)
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Superset, Power BI
• Good communication skills
• Results-oriented and proactive
• Experience working with business teams
• Fluency in both French and English
