Doctolib is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its Machine Learning Engineer team focused on patient solutions. In this role, the engineer will develop and implement AI solutions to improve healthcare access and quality. The position involves working with a team of Machine Learning Engineers, software engineers, ML ops, and healthcare professionals to deploy AI models that impact people's lives.

Role involves:

• Finding the right technical solution to solve the product domain goals
• Implementing ideas and testing them
• Deploying algorithms in production guided by the ML platform team
• Measuring the uplift and continuously improving the approach

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in machine learning
• Significant experience in Information Retrieval methods
• Proficiency in LLM applications
• Experience with large-scale applications in production
• Analytical skills, result-oriented and user-first
