Senior Machine Learning Engineer - LLM- AI Teams (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their feature team in Paris, focusing on shaping the new consultation experience powered by a medical assistant. The role involves developing and implementing AI solutions to support healthcare professionals. The candidate will work with a team of Machine Learning Engineers, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to deploy AI models with a real impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating, finding, or adapting model architectures, annotation, or validation strategies to improve speech recognition, summarization, and medical data structuration engines.
• Implementing and testing ideas.
• Deploying algorithms in production with guidance from the ML platform team.
• Measuring uplift and continuously improving the approach.

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working on Language Models, including pre-trained models like GPT and BERT.
• Proven track record of working on NLP projects, with a focus on LLM and RAG frameworks.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for training and fine-tuning LLM models.
