Job Description
Doctolib Siilo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. Doctolib Siilo is a secure medical communication app designed for healthcare professionals and acquired by Doctolib in March 2023. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Doctolib Siilo's products through comprehensive testing and analysis.
The role involves:
- Owning test planning and strategy, focusing on risk assessment and mitigation.
- Driving exploratory testing sessions and mentoring team members.
- Overseeing the bug triage process, ensuring critical issues are prioritized.
- Leading security and privacy initiatives in collaboration with security experts.
- Coordinating performance testing efforts before major releases.
- Monitoring compliance and regulatory requirements, preparing for audits.
- Providing in-depth analysis of quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of QA experience.
- Proficiency in test management tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in performance testing and security compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
