Senior Software Engineer - Access Control & Desktop Applications (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Clinical and Financial domain in Paris. The successful candidate will be part of a feature team responsible for user access rights/control access and the Desktop Version (DDV), a central module used daily by thousands of practitioners. Doctolib is committed to improving access to healthcare for everyone.Role involves:

• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
• Taking a leading role within the team and contributing to establishing a technical vision.
• Improving the performance of key features implemented in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Ruby on Rails.
• Taking leadership on delivering roadmap items.
• Contributing to establishing a technical vision and co-drive the creation of the roadmap for next quarters.

Requirements:

• At least 5/6 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with high-traffic web applications and hybrid environments.
• A “user first” mindset.
• Focus on code quality and a rigorous testing culture.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English.
