Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Clinical Assistant team, focusing on an AI-powered product aimed at improving healthcare professionals' daily lives. The role involves working within a cross-functional team to enhance the Consultation Assistant, a tool designed to streamline medical record documentation. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the healthcare sector by freeing practitioners from administrative tasks and allowing them to focus more on patient care.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers.
- Defining and implementing features to improve healthcare access.
- Establishing a technical vision for application performance, security, and usability.
- Improving the performance of key features implemented in React, Ruby, and Python.
- Taking leadership in delivering roadmap items.
- Contributing to the creation of the roadmap for the next quarters.
Requirements:
- 5/6 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience with React, Ruby, and Python or similar frameworks.
- Strong interest in AI/ML.
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Focused on code quality and a rigorous testing culture.
- Fluent in English.
