Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Health Observation stream within the Clinical domain. This role involves working on a modular virtual patient file and contributing to the consultation flow. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement features that improve healthcare access. They will also play a leading role in establishing a technical vision and improving the design, implementation, testing, and monitoring of high-quality features.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Implementing features to improve healthcare access
- Establishing a technical vision
- Improving feature performance in Node.js/typescript
- Delivering roadmap items
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with React and/or Ruby on Rails
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative
- Good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle
- User-first mindset
- Focus on code quality and testing
- Eagerness to share knowledge and mentor
