Staff Engineer (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Health Care Professional Data Platform team within the Business Performance domain. The Staff Engineer will contribute to multiple Feature Teams, focusing on developing new projects that enhance collaboration among healthcare professionals. This role involves working on a stream of projects related to compliance, service optimization, identity management, and creating a healthcare professional "social network".

Responsibilities include:

• Working on compliance (ID card verifications, Right To Practice, User generated Content Moderation...)
• Building a service to analyse if our users are in an optimal way to use all of our tools (Agenda, Clinical, Care Cooperation...)
• Building a centralised place to allow practitioner to manage their identities across our solutions (civil identity, credentials, specialties...)
• Creating a "social network" of health professionals using public and private data to understand how the healthcare system is structured and improve their way to work and interact together.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with system at scale
• Knowledge of software and system design
• Ability to find and adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues
• Eagerness to leverage experience and skills to grow the Tech at Doctolib
• Eagerness to be hands on with React and Java or Ruby on Rails
• Speak English
• Experience in a hyper-growth environment (preferred)
