Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Staff Quality Assurance Analyst to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple teams. The role involves collaborating in an agile environment to build products that enhance the healthcare experience for professionals and patients. The Staff QA Analyst will be part of an international team focused on improving the performance, features, and design of clinical software used by healthcare professionals in France and Germany.
The Staff QA Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping Doctolib's QA strategy, collaborating with up to 5 different product teams to deliver the best European clinical software for healthcare practitioners.
What this role involves:
- Strategizing QA across teams, supporting and guiding up to five product teams.
- Developing advanced test strategies, including automation frameworks and performance testing strategies.
- Leading cross-team QA initiatives, fostering collaboration between teams.
- Being responsible for bugs and metrics, syncing with support teams, accelerating cycle time.
- Driving quality metrics analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Championing regulatory compliance, ensuring all teams meet regulatory requirements.
- Mentoring senior QAAs and team members, developing the skills of QA professionals.
- Orchestrating cross-team QA initiatives, facilitating events such as guild meetings.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of QA experience, with a focus on leading test strategies and QA efforts across multiple teams.
- Expert knowledge of QA processes, automation tools, and performance testing.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple teams.
- Proactive, strategic, and passionate about quality.
