Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Group FP&A Senior Analyst to play a central role in providing Doctolib leaders with the tools to address financial obstacles and seize potential advantages. The FP&A team is crucial in owning financial performance and communication. The analyst will contribute to building an end-to-end view from business/operational indicators to financial ones, aligning the story with stakeholders. This role involves working with other Finance teams and supporting top management to facilitate decision-making and scalability.
Responsibilities: - Contribute to budget and reforecast exercises and 5-year plan preparation.
- Create Group reports for senior leadership and board members.
- Work with Finance to develop financial marketing documents and models.
- Consolidate information from FP&A peers to create a P&L view.
- Develop initial views on new initiatives and countries.
- Prepare simulations and models based on various scenarios.
- Oversee the closing process and facilitate corporate guideline implementation.
- Act as the reporting tool's key user and drive process improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in finance or consulting.
- Robust financial and data analysis skills, with a good culture of financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong relationships.
- Proactive with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in a subscription business with a detailed understanding of SaaS metrics (preferred).
- Good knowledge of finance principles accounting (e.g., IFRS Standards) (preferred).
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint (GSuite is a plus) (preferred).
