Legal Counsel - Marketing & Product - Paris (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Product Compliance Legal Counsel to join their Legal team in Paris. The role involves collaborating with Tech & Product teams to develop legal solutions, particularly in the context of AI implementation. The Legal Counsel will report to Senior Leadership and work alongside skilled lawyers.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the medicalization of Doctolib's solutions.
• Providing legal support to marketing teams on B2B and B2C digital marketing, communication channels, and advertising campaigns.
• Developing compliance policies and knowledge management systems.
• Supporting AI innovations.
• Participating in awareness and training initiatives.
• Monitoring regulatory developments in digital & e-health laws in Europe.
• Collaborating with the Legal team on various topics across all countries.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a lawyer in an international company/law firm.
• Knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising, and e-commerce law.
• Understanding of privacy law and digital law.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
