Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Compliance Legal Counsel to join their team in Paris. This role involves collaborating with Tech & Product teams to develop legal solutions, particularly in the integration of artificial intelligence into Doctolib's product suite. The Senior Counsel will report to Senior Leadership and play a key role in the company's success.
Role involves:
- Co-building innovative medical solutions.
- Championing AI initiatives and ensuring legal compliance.
- Developing comprehensive compliance policies and guidelines.
- Designing and delivering awareness and training programs.
- Monitoring regulatory developments in digital & e-health laws across Europe.
- Collaborating with the broader Legal team on diverse projects.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an international company and/or law firm.
- Substantial experience in the healthcare or e-health sector.
- Deep understanding of privacy law and a good understanding of digital law.
- Exceptional communication skills in French and English.
