Senior Digital Performance Associate - Paris (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Associate Digital Performance to join their Patients France team in Paris. This role focuses on leading and optimizing digital acquisition strategies, particularly for mobile and the Doctolib App. The primary goal is to increase the number of patients and medical appointments booked via Doctolib in France through a data-driven and performance-oriented approach.Role involves:

• Optimizing Mobile and App Acquisition Campaigns across platforms like Google, Apple, and Meta Ads.
• Developing A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
• Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, Metabase, or MMP platforms.
• Creating detailed creative briefs for data-driven marketing assets in collaboration with the Brand & Design team.
• Sharing insights and best practices with marketing teams in France, Germany, and Italy, as well as SEO, Product, and CRM teams.
• Supporting other verticals and exploring new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in mobile and App acquisition and ASO.
• Excellent command of Meta Ads and the Google ecosystem.
• Advanced experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Excellent proficiency in French and English.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership.
