Doctolib is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to actively shape the future of digital healthcare. This role combines data-driven marketing with strategic thinking to reach and engage healthcare professionals through innovative multi-channel campaigns. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with various teams to develop and implement holistic marketing strategies.
Responsibilities: - Support the creation and implementation of holistic growth marketing strategies with the brand and event team.
- Develop new lead nurturing strategies and oversee their implementation in the automation area.
- Manage the prospect CRM and ensure a systematic and clean data basis.
- Develop a deep understanding of target groups, especially physicians and healthcare professionals, and derive relevant marketing measures.
- Analyze the performance of existing channels, test new formats, and derive data-based optimizations.
- Identify and analyze growth drivers.
- Assume overall responsibility for the print channel, from strategic conception to operative implementation and success monitoring.
Requirements: - Several years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B sector or the healthcare industry.
- Combines creative thinking with a data-driven approach and has a strong analytical approach.
- Sound knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools, especially Braze and Salesforce.
- Ability to quickly understand the needs of different target groups and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Structured way of working, hands-on mentality, and a team player.
