SEO Strategist FR (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking an SEO Strategist to join its Growth Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of new healthcare practitioners across the French market, leveraging the SEO channel as a cornerstone of Doctolib's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise and be a strategic thinker who can translate SEO insights into actionable growth initiatives.

The role involves:

• Developing and executing a robust SEO strategy for the French market.
• Crafting dedicated SEO plans tailored to various verticals.
• Partnering with global product and website teams to integrate technical SEO best practices.
• Collaborating with Product Marketing Managers to identify strategic topics and opportunities.
• Managing content creation with internal content teams and external agencies.
• Analyzing SEO performance and providing insights for optimization.
• Staying informed about industry trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the B2B industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth through SEO strategies in competitive markets.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• Experience in managing content creation with agencies/partners or internal teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
