Job Description
Doctolib is seeking an Account Manager SMB (x/f/m) in Berlin. The Account Manager will focus on ensuring the long-term satisfaction of existing SMB clients and driving digitalization in the healthcare sector. They will use tools and analyses to help clients optimize their calendar settings for strong performance, acting as a product expert and contributing to client success.
Role Involves:
- Managing existing SMB clients (without individually assigned client portfolios).
- Identifying optimization potential and actively working with the product to meet client needs.
- Conducting regular audits and training sessions for product adoption.
- Creating digital content (e.g., product videos/webinars) for customer education.
- Contributing knowledge to support team goals.
- Ensuring and optimizing qualitative and quantitative metrics (customer satisfaction, punctuality, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, account management, sales, project management, or customer success.
- Service-oriented with a structured and analytical approach.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about eHealth.
- Native-level German and good English skills (written and spoken); French or Italian is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is ideal.
- Completed degree or training in a relevant field (Healthcare Management/Health Economics/Business Administration/etc.).
