Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Technical Customer Advisor to join their team in Nantes. The role involves being the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and their medical staff, building strong relationships by understanding their needs and providing remote support via phone and video conference. The advisor will support them in their use of Doctolib.
Role Involves:
- Advising and training healthcare professionals on using the software via phone.
- Providing technical support for various solutions.
- Ensuring efficient handling of incoming requests using IT tools.
- Collaborating with technical support and development teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in IT tools and new technologies.
- Eagerness to continuously learn new skills and digital tools.
- Passion for human interaction.
- Ability to listen, understand, and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service via telephone is a plus.
- Versatility, reactivity, and autonomy are a plus.
