Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant to join their team in Berlin. This role involves driving the digitalization of healthcare by ensuring the successful onboarding of new medical practices onto the Doctolib platform. The consultant will proactively engage with clients to ensure optimal use of Doctolib, identify and validate client needs, and act as a liaison between doctors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing qualitative and quantitative metrics, including client satisfaction and onboarding quality.

Role involves:

  • Driving digitalization in healthcare
