Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Customer Support Representative to facilitate the onboarding process for new medical practices, ensuring their successful integration with the platform. This role involves driving digitalization in healthcare and ensuring optimal Doctolib usage. Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading digitalization in healthcare and overseeing the onboarding of new medical practices.
  • Proactively engaging with clients to ensure optimal Doctolib utilization.
  • Identifying and validating client needs and expectations, ensuring optimal support.
  • Serving as a communication liaison between physicians and internal departments.
  • Ensuring adherence to and optimization of qualitative and quantitative metrics, including client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support.
  • Passion for the healthcare sector and ability to inspire clients.
  • Independent and solution-oriented work ethic with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native-level German proficiency and good English skills.
