Doctolib is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Berlin. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments to support doctors in using Doctolib's software. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising doctors on using the software via phone.
  • Handling email inquiries efficiently.
  • Training doctors on software usage.
  • Turning doctors into Doctolib advocates.
  • Supporting projects for personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
  • Experience in customer service, IT support, or technical consulting.
  • Proficiency in using multiple tools simultaneously.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
