Doctolib is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student for Administrative Customer Support to join their Operations & Customer Retention team in Berlin. This role is crucial in supporting the team responsible for customer retention by analyzing systems, conducting phone calls to understand customer motivations, and proposing solutions to prevent cancellations.
Role involves:
- Supporting the Customer Retention Team with administrative processes.
- Assisting with work coordination by assigning cases and customers internally.
- Maintaining and updating customer data in Salesforce.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient offboarding process.
- Identifying and implementing process optimization potentials.
- Processing outstanding identity and professional qualification documents.
Requirements:
- Enrolled full-time at a German university.
- Interest in digitalization, especially in the healthcare sector.
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks with a solution-oriented approach.
- Independent and proactive working style.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
