Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a motivated and proactive Student to join their Customer Retention team in Berlin. This role is crucial for supporting the team in retaining customers by analyzing churn reasons and proposing solutions. The Student will work 20 hours per week and will be responsible for administrative tasks, data management, and process optimization.
Role involves:
- Supporting the Customer Retention Team with administrative processes.
- Assisting with work coordination by assigning cases and customers internally.
- Maintaining and updating customer data in Salesforce.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient offboarding process.
- Identifying and implementing process optimization potentials.
- Processing outstanding identity and professional qualification documents.
Requirements:
- Enrolled at a German university in full-time studies.
- Interest in digitalization, especially in the healthcare sector.
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and detail-oriented work.
- Independent and proactive work style.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
