Job Description

Doctolib is seeking an Alternance Juriste Droit Social to join their Employee Relations and HR Compliance team. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in labor law within a rapidly growing scale-up environment. The Alternance will work closely with two social law jurists, supporting the France perimeter, and collaborating with HR teams and other departments on various projects.

Role Involves:

  • Participating in the management of individual relations, including drafting and optimizing letters and providing legal support to HRBPs.
  • Analyzing individual situations and proposing concrete solutions.
  • Assisting in the follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation matters.
  • Contributing to the management of collective relations, including preparing for CSE meetings and managing administrative tasks related to social relations.
  • Updating the BDESE and contributing to the preparation of the 2026 social report.
  • Participating in the preparation of collective company agreements.
  • Creating monthly legal monitoring reports and drafting legal notes for various stakeholders.
  • Designing internal training materials and participating in cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master 1 or 2 in Social Law/Labor Law.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools.
  • Rigorous and proactive with intellectual curiosity.
  • Prior experience in social law (internship/alternation) is a plus.
