Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team, focusing on the Lead to Cash (LTC) process. This role involves designing and scaling a global Lead to Cash system to accelerate Doctolib’s growth. The Senior Product Manager will develop and optimize a scalable Lead to Cash framework that empowers sales, finance, and growth teams to operate efficiently. They will leverage existing tools and drive the development of new capabilities, ensuring the system is ready for future market launches.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and defining the vision and product strategy for the Lead to Cash process.
- Turning strategy into action by working with Salesforce engineers and partnering with other product teams.
- Supporting key business initiatives at different stages of the sales cycle, including hunting/closing, billing, invoicing/payment/finance.
- Simplifying and unifying the Lead to Cash engine to prepare for international expansion.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with local and global teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in Lead to Cash processes, Billing, or Salesforce-based systems.
- Comfort working with complex technical frameworks and translating them into actionable strategies.
- A highly structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution.
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS products internationally.
- Fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum).
