Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team, focusing on the Lead to Cash (LTC) process. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager for Growth, the Senior Product Manager will design and scale a global Lead to Cash system that accelerates Doctolib’s growth. This role requires balancing short- and mid-term business needs while building a foundation for international expansion.Role involves:
  • Owning and defining the vision and product strategy for the Lead to Cash process.
  • Turning strategy into action by working with Salesforce engineers.
  • Supporting key business initiatives at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Simplifying and unifying the Lead to Cash engine to prepare for international expansion.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with local and global teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with direct ownership of a product.
  • Expertise in Lead to Cash processes, Billing, or Salesforce-based systems.
  • Comfortable working with complex technical frameworks.
  • Highly structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and execution.
  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS products internationally.
  • Fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum).
