Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their mobile product strategy within the Operating System (OS) Domain. The role involves defining and executing the product roadmap for Doctolib's mobile application for healthcare professionals, aiming to build Europe’s leading mobile solution for care teams. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and drive prioritization to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Bootstrap the core mobile team in the OS Domain PM.
  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our financial products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive the prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date wth industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • Mobile expert with 5+ years of experience building mobile products.
  • Experience developing/launching products in a large-scale B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset grounded on data for strategic product decisions.
  • User-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in English and German or French (C1 level).
  • Mastery of A/B testing and familiarity with marketplace analytical challenges.
  • Global mindset with experience in international environments.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset to transform healthcare.
