Senior Product Manager - Patient Relationship Management (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its core scheduling team in Berlin. The Senior Product Manager will focus on transforming Doctolib's technology and addressing user needs across pro booking funnels. This role involves collaborating with multiple product teams to drive vision and strategy, enhancing the daily lives of healthcare professionals through state-of-the-art user experiences across all appointment scheduling flows.Role involves:

• Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the appointment booking domain.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, stakeholders) to develop innovative solutions.
• Conducting market research and identifying customer needs to drive prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience working with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs.
• Experience developing and launching products in a large-scale SaaS or B2B environment.
• User-centric approach.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or leveraging state-of-the-art technology (e.g., AI).
• Fluency in English + German or French.
