The Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth in Germany by engaging physicians with Doctolib's solutions. This role involves managing the entire sales process, achieving revenue targets, providing customer-focused consulting, and tracking performance using Salesforce.
Role Involves:
- Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Being responsible for revenue and growth in the assigned region.
- Analyzing the needs of physicians and providing tailored solutions.
- Tracking performance using Salesforce and data-driven strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B.
- Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
- High energy, passion for sales, and a professional demeanor.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
- Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to customer sites.
