Doctolib, a European leader in digital healthcare, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Bamberg. This role is pivotal in driving growth in Germany by engaging physicians with Doctolib's solutions.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. They will be responsible for revenue and growth in their region, providing customer-focused advice to physicians, understanding their needs, and promoting Doctolib's digital solutions. The role involves tracking performance using Salesforce and using data for targeted sales strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire sales process independently.
  • Being responsible for revenue and growth in the designated region.
  • Analyzing the needs of physicians and offering tailored solutions.
  • Tracking performance using Salesforce for data-driven strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B.
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • High energy, passion for sales, and a professional demeanor.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to customer sites.
