Doctolib, a European leader in digital healthcare, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Regensburg. This role is pivotal in driving Doctolib's growth in Germany by engaging physicians with their innovative solutions.

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. They will be responsible for revenue and growth in their region, providing customer-centric advice to physicians, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Doctolib's digital solutions can address their challenges. Performance will be tracked using Salesforce to refine sales strategies.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the entire sales process independently.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in field sales and B2B.
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • High energy, passion for sales, and a confident, professional demeanor.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level or higher).
  • A Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
